I ordered my hoodies as a pre-order that was set to ship October 4th and 23rd. Nothing shipped until November. The first customer service rep blamed it on being backordered and the second one blamed it on the hurricanes. When I finally received my order it was underwhelming. I expected the hoodies to feel weighted but they aren't much different than what you would expect from a thick hoodie. I ordered the Minimalist hoodie and matching pants in forest. The fit was very odd. The body of the hoodie wasn't oversized at all. I guess one could call the arms oversized if being past your knees is the type of oversized that you are looking for. I have never seen the arms of a hoodie go beyond my knees before. For reference, I am 5'6" and I had my daughter who is 5'7" also try it on and it was too long for her as well. She wears an XS and the hoodie was an XL and it didn't look abnormally large on her either, just really long sleeves. The pants are fine and the material is soft. I also ordered the Tranquil hoodie in black. It's definitely oversized, especially the hood. It's almost too big but better than too small. The fabric is soft on the inside but the outside is the type of fabric that looks like it was wrinkled while wet only I never wet it. It's fine if you can avoid the wrinkles but it appears like cheap fabric to me. My daughter ordered the pastel hoodies. The colors are very pretty but she says they're "just ok" and "there is nothing special about them." My other daughter ordered the Minimalist set in steel grey and she loves hers. Her sizing is not off like mine was though. If my sizing was normal, I would've kept the Minimalist set. If the Minimalist hoodie was the size of the Tranquil hoodie it would be great! Read the return policy before you purchase.

I will start with the positives: the hoodie is of exceptional quality. The fabric so soft; unlike most every other hoodie. The little bit of weight that it has to it feels like a hug and instantly calms you. The top portion of the hoodie, the chest and shoulders is oversized and feels so amazing. The color Crimson, is gorgeous! Now the few cons: The arms are longer than the length of the hoodie. I love that they are oversized, but because of the weight to the fabric, it makes it uncomfortable to pull up or even to have the sleeves stay up. The arms are just too long. The biggest bummer of all is that the bottom portion of this hoodie is super form fitting... UGH. I got this in a 2X and like I said the top portion was super oversized then gets tight on the bottom. So if you like me and have some weight to lose in your abdomen or if you have a big booty lol this will fit funny unfortunately.

I was so excited to try this set. I ordered multiple sizes like I always do because I was a first time customer and didn't know the fit. I received multiple sets in different colors and sizes. Although the sets are soft that is the only positive thing I can say about them. I ended up deciding that I would need another size or fit because the waistband on the bottoms was very tight and the fit was more like a man's fit. I have hips. So this did not work, then the same size hoodie was extremely over sized, and extremely HOT. I live in Colorado, and I can't wear this longer than 10 minutes. I reached out about returns. And found out they don't accept any returns AT ALL! So I now have this ****** set in 3-4 colors and sizes and can't wear any of it. I honestly spent so much money and wouldn't even attempt to sport this brand after losing the amount of money I did because they refuse refunds. I would recommend this brand to ANYONE because you are out all your money if you don't get a good fit. Good luck, you'll need it. I will never purchase another thing from this company again and urge you to think very carefully before you do.

I really didn’t want to write this review, but here goes. The zip up hoodie fits WAY OVERSIZED. Size down, but think sizing all the way down. I have a medium in the signature hoodie, and it fits wonderfully. This jacket fits at least three sizes too big. After many attempts to contact the company, I’ve been waiting 6 days now, still no reply. There’s a 7 day cancellation policy on preorders, but that’s impossible to do when NO ONE responds adequately to emails. I have received a response here and there, but I’m still in the dark about what to do with an exchange. They say you can even exchange, but with store credit and previous coupons I have found this is false. I’m giving an extra star than I want to because they do have comfortable products. I wouldn’t say there is ANYTHING weighted about anything I’ve purchased through. Everything is just really thick. Hope this prompts a response as I can’t be the only person who needs assistance.
