Too good for me to keep quiet.

I have been an amazon.com customer for over 17 years and never written a single review, that changes today. I had been looking for new fragrances to add to my collection, especially after I smelled Baccarat Rouge 540 on someone. That one was too expensive so I got down the rabbit hole of reviews and YouTube videos on good clones for BR 540. Since I'm a big fan of Armaf already , I wanted to also try out another Middle Eastern perfume company also known for their amazing clones. So after a while, I decided to get both Armaf's Club De Nuit Untold (the best Baccarat clone right now) and Lattafa's Khamrah (a clone of Kilian's Angels Share). Both arrived today, with Untold being delivered a few hours earlier. I was happy with it (8/10 for me), then Khamrah came... And MY! OH! MY! I usually don't go for unisex colognes, as my taste is more for the masculine scents but this changes everything! From the opening spray untill now, I am finding it extremely hard not to bury my nose where I sprayed it on my arm. This feels like a scent created just for me. I finally found a cologne that I'd give a 10/10 for the smell. Absolutely amazing! It came out a little over a year ago and there is a lot of hype around it in the fragrance community as a clone of Kilian's Angels Share. Though I haven't smelled the latter, I don't even care as I doubt it would be any better. I just hope it Khamrah doesn't get too popular to where I smell it everywhere. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely but more in the future (maybe even keep some bottles in stock at home, hehe).
Woah Not What I Expected

Ok so I am not a professional fragrance girly. I wear the scents that I personally love and enjoy but I don't know much about notes and all that jazz. Everyone on line seems to love it and says it's very sweet. I heard the qawa version is better but more coffee forward and since I don't love coffee or the smell, I chose this. I'll give you my first impression, I felt like I got a burst of something spicy, kind of sweet I guess; but mostly spices. Think of the kind of spices you'd have in deserts, like ginger. It immediately reminded me of a Christmas candle. Good but, not sure I want to smell like one. The spices actually tickled my throat quite a bit which I've never had a fragrance do but, this is the first time I've had spices in a fragrance. Maybe I just need to get used to it? It seems like it will be long lasting because I spayed it twice and it lasted for hours on the skin without maceration. That's a plus! They said that the sweet note from the fruit comes out a lot more overtime and the spices should fade some. I'm looking forward to that. I'm glad I tried it out, not sure if it's a love, right now. I love scents like Eclaire and Casablanca is growing on me for the colder months. Hopefully, I'll enjoy this scent after further maceration and it will be ready to wear and enjoy for the colder months.
Must read!

Let's start with the packaging, very creative design when you open it the perfume is centered like a display as if it were a ring! The perfume bottle is very appealing to look at, and you can instantly tell by its appearance it's a strong scent and it gives you this sense of the manufacturer meant business when creating this products design! Now let's get into the scent! I sprayed it once on my wrist and it was instantly a strong scent I won't say heavy bc it wasn't overpowering and didn't give me any headache but it is a very strong scent. As soon as you smell it there's a burnt cinnamon smell, and it's got a nice sweet and spicy scent! It's very nice and if you want that nice musky, and also sweet and inviting smell this will be great for you! Perfect for a night out or even if you want to wear it as your day to day go to, it's perfect for any occasion but if it's too strong for you I'd suggest only 1-2 sprays, if you're like me and absolutely love it you can do about 3-5. It lasts ALL DAY! That one spray I did when I got it at about 2pm, lasted me to the next morning y'all! I can't go anywhere without being stopped and asked what I'm wearing, by both women and men, people at work will sit right next to me and tell me they just want to smell me lol yes it's that good! Go on and get it, then come back and like my review to thank me lol!
Great, after letting it mature.....

I, literally, went back to return this fragrance when I first recieved it, as the scent was great, although it seemed to evaporate after minutes. I have used the original (OG) by Tom Ford for years. This was going to be a replacement/alternate for the OG that I use regularly. Again, I tried to return it, only to find that the seller does not accept returns. They were very considerate and did offer me a credit for something else. Needless to say, I'm aware of the maceration process, and have done it for a few 'inspired by' fragrances that I have here. I used Woody Oud a couple times to run errands or around the home because I appreciate the scent that much. Put it away after 3-4 wears; roughly 12 sprays to let a little oxygen/air in the bottle. Back in the box for 5-6wks. After rotating it every couple days for 5-6 weeks, it has matured into what I would call, a great interpretation of the OG. All the notes are there, and it now lasts for 4-5 hours; which is decent for this type of fragrance. TF Oud Wood notoriously does not have the best performance, with a lingering warn oud for hours. Overall, this was a great little buy....well, return, I guess. Feel bad receiving the credit. Used the credit to purchase a back up bottle of Amber and Leather by Maison Alhambra. Another great inspired by fragrance (TF Ombre Leather). My sig scent.
