This chair is for a guest room at the desk. I thought I had an issue so I want to share it with you. The whole chair was together and I only had to put in the screw for the right arm that attaches it to the side. It would not go in right. Here is the fix: Loosen the 2 screws under the chair attaching the right arm. Then put in the side screw and re-tighten the screws underneath. It wont line up correctly if the screws underneath are tight. Hope this helps. Chair arrived quickly and well boxed. Looks terrific. Fits grandaughter well. Not for large people, while it holds 250 lbs the seat isnt that comfortable if you are tall and large.

The chair itself is comfortable. However, at 6 weeks, the chair height began lowering on it's own. When I reached out to customer service in chat, they advised me because it's past 30 days, there's nothing they can do. They are unable to replace the defective lift/lower mechanism. I asked for a supervisor but was disconnected instead. I now have a chair that is worthless to me. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company that will stand behind their products. I have been satisfied with Wayfair in the past but this will be my last order with them.

The light grey picture is really the color DARK grey. The mesh is very flimsy and the thread that’s used to sew the mesh is visibly running toward the bottom of the back of my chair. The holes for screws aren’t exactly aligned in my case. Contacted supplier and they promised to send me a prepaid shipping label. Never heard back from them. I’d skip this product for another chair.

The chair was fine but wanted it assembled so returned first one then re ordered it assembled. Another chair came with an appointment from someone from Angi. They never showed. Rescheduled again no show. Put it together myself. I really didn’t have time to waste on waiting for no show or assembly plus spent 21 on return fee. I give the chair a 5 but the process a 1.
