I just wanted one T-shirt with printing on the front and back - a singing group’s name on the front, and the lyrics to a song on the back. Something very special to me. I (thank goodness) found Rush Order Tees when I googled something like “print a t-shirt no order minimum,” and Rush Order popped up in my search. I have no experience with graphic design, but this website made it SO easy to do it. And I did it all with my iPad; didn’t even need a laptop or desktop. They have a lot of different styles and colors of shirts from which to choose. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The shirt is a quality Tee, and the printing is just beautiful. After you’ve finished designing and placing your order, the design team makes sure that everything looks right, etc. If there is an issue, they will reach out before printing, but they didn’t have to with my order, even though I fully expected them to, lol. THAT’S how easy it is to design your shirt with their tools. And the site has a timeline of where your order is in terms of review, production, approval, etc., just like when you order a pizza for delivery. They will send you an email of what your order will look like BEFORE they print it, for your approval. The cost was actually very reasonable in terms of what I expected, because it included the cost of the shirt AND the printing job. I’ve already recommended Rush Order Tees to 2 people.
Honestly, I am amazed and so grateful I found this site. I’m already thinking of what other shirts I can design myself.

Shirts arrived and the front logo was extremely large and distorted. Especially on the kids small shirts the front logo took up over a 1/4 of the front chest. They look ugly and out of place. These sizes should have been caught prior to going to production. My notes stated to please call for a proof to discuss sizing. Do not use their online proof sizing because it will be delivered way larger than what it looks like on their “proof” system. Customer Service called and the lady wanted to offer a discount but didn’t do much when you have an event that weekend and needed the shirts. She was in defense of the proof size was correct, when the notes said to adjust for correct sizing. She tried to say the left chest logo was normal size. I’ve never seen a left chest logo so large. It’s double the size of my current logo. Poor communication. Never got a proof before production (besides their unrealistic proof portal), I asked to call with questions, never called, had to follow up on my order, never replied to the email, next thing I know the shirts were being shipped.

Recently, I had made a mistake with a reorder (order#2480306) by not noticing a final step needed before the t-shirts could be on the way to me. The custom made shirts were for a concert event 5 months in the making and it was a reorder of some shirts I already designed and purchased a few weeks earlier. I needed to get a few more made up and sent to me before the event. The shirts never arrived even after the delivery date they initially gave me when I made the order had passed, And the event was only 1 day away!! I called and they explained why the shirts had never been shipped! I was absolutely frantic and very upset! So, what did your company do?……. .
THE IMPOSSIBLE!! Within less than 24 hours the shirts were at my front door 1 hour before the show!!…. . Unbelievable!! I was stunned and very grateful! I want to sincerely thank your staff (Micheal Callahan) and your company for the best customer service I have ever experienced! Even though it was at least partially my own mistake, you guys made it work to keep a customer happy! The quality of the shirts was excellent and everyone loved my design! Fine shirts for dying, as they are 100% cotton. The sizing is always different with various name brand tshirts, so its great that you can look at the shirt without having to open up a plastic package of three. I personally prefer the V-neck, and there are usually many sizes of both types of tshirts, so i can get all the perfect sizes for making shirts for specific people.. I also advise people to just stop in there to grab a shirt or other cloth item to tiedye if they wish to join me in doing sone dying. Its easy & quick to find something plus they can grab a three or more color dye kit to bring along to learn to tiedye with me. I just wish Michaels would sell soda ash, as even with the dyes there that claim to contain fixative, they do mor stay in the cloth well without that 20 minute pretreat soak in soda ash and water. Its sad when people work so hard and the patterns come out beautiful, but then they fade a great deal or almost all the way in the rinse or wash. Colors should be vivid and stay that vivid. These dyes never are as vivid as the dyes bought in jars at other art stores, but they can at least be preserved well if there is a pretreat with a fixative. Ill repeat that even the kits that say there is fixative in the dye do not stay in the cloth without a pretreat soak in soda aah mixed in water. You will need to order soda aah online but not at Michaels. Its sometimes at other art stores, but its been very hard to find in Maine the last handful of years.
