Super comfy. Stays wet.

Very substantial, very comfortable/does not drain very quickly. Paddling in the northeast, mine stays wet for a week after last use unless I put it out in the sun or over a boot dryer, which actually works pretty well. Seems like it would be quite warm for winter use. I think it’s a worthwhile trade-off. Shout out to Travis for excellent customer service.
Sadly, Too Small

I have an abnormally large head. I was sad to learn that even Sweet’s largest size wasn’t large enough. It’s frustrating to know that a brand of helmet is basically inaccessible to me because they don’t make a large enough size.
Great helmet, good coverage

I have a relatively large head usually wear l-xl helmets from Giro, Smith, etc. I have the l-xl wanderer and it fits nicely with the adjustable band 70% closed. Plenty of room for a helmet liner. Also stays in place when windowshading, etc. The weird flap extending down over your brow seems to do a good job of keeping the helmet from draining over your face. The fit felt and looked a little "square" at first but its grown on me.
Good Helmet, Good Fit

So far this helmet seems great--it fits really well and seems to work. Haven't had any major crashes with it and I hope I never do, so I can't speak to that aspect, but it's great for the whitewater paddling I've been doing with it so far.
