I placed an order for 2 kits about 3 weeks ago. Late May 2021. I'm not really disappointed with the product. I am disappointed in Cabela's! When ordering, I explained to them that a new "Expiration Date" came out this year. They assured me that the current kit would be sent. I received the 2 kits I ordered only to find that I was sent 2 EXPIRED in 2019 kits. I returned them & bought them somewhere else. Purchase with "caution". Had to get them in time for a fishing trip. No time to waste.

I rate it a five even though mine didn’t work out for me. The one part turned on me a little bit without me knowing and now I can’t get it together. It’s showing mostly red on the cartridge dial. I’m assuming that’s why I can’t get the outer part to snap on. Guess I’ll have to buy another one to see.

Ordered two Mustang rearming kits. They arrived in two days but we had one major problem they were both 2 years past their expiration date. They could not be used as the USCG would fine you for expired PFD. Some one needs to be checking the expiration dates. I wanted to exchange them for current ones but all stock was expired.

This is a much have spare item for my Mustang lifevest this is a life saver…..
