Club de Nuit Intense Man (Eau De Toilette) is a versatile and potent fragrance that has a harsh citrusy opening. It then settles down into its birch heart notes and becomes a very smokey woody scent. This is a great masculine scent for any weather and near any use. When using this fragrance please take into account that it truly shines in the dry down. Also this is a scent that you become nose blind to very quickly so ask a friend or family member how strong it is before you ever apply more. I put on 3 sprays thought it was very underwhelming and added 2 more sprays and when I went out with some family I was told my fragrance was choking them out. It then proceeded to continue this way the rest of the day any one I asked though out the day said my scent was far to strong. With this being said the performance is definitely not something to worry about. I truly do love this fragrance however, I prefer Montblanc Explorer which in my opinion has a very similar smell that takes the smokey woody notes in the Club de Nuit and switches it for a spicy peppery notes which I find to be very very pleasant. The price of Montblanc’s Explorer is also a factor as well so I would recommend trying both or if you are on a budget go with Club de Nuit. Overall, I believe this is a very versatile fragrance for smokey wood lovers looking for an everyday scent that performs well and rocks any situation.

As the title states, this was a blind buy after some extensive research. This is raved about as the best Creed Aventus clone, and my first impressions are that this is VERY close for much much cheaper. I do not get that "pledge cleaner" vibe when I spray this unless I spray it too close to the skin and it pools up. Definitely get a good dose of lemon initially and then it mellows out within 5-10 minutes. The dry down is where this shines. After 20 minutes, you're ready to take on the world. I've been wearing fragrances for 20 years, and this has to be one of my all time favorite scents. This will definitely be one of my new signature scents. If you're looking for a good Creed clone, don't hesitate on this. Yes, it's not exactly the same in every note, but this is very good. Atomizer works well, the bottle is heavy duty, the packaging is sleek.UPDATE: The wife loves it, I love it, I'm already receiving unsolicited positive comments...yeah...you need to get this. Buy this for what it is instead of for what it's not. This isn't Creed Aventus...this is better. It's a little heavier, it performs well (8-10hrs), it projects a little better. For the price, this blows Aventus out of the water in my opinion.

The opening is very zapping as it’s very strong and sharp. After 15 minutes or so it becomes more pleasant, I’ve noticed that the scent itself isn’t amazing but it’s just strangely addicting. I’ve also been told this by friends and I can’t believe how many compliments you can achieve by just wearing this. This is a versatility beast as well, I’ve worn this in moderately cold weather and it performed fantastically due to the smokiness. Then in the warmer temperatures the citrus begins to stand out and shine, I can’t ignore the fact that this is just a great everyday fragrance. Up close, this fragrance is definitely not the best smelling, but it is an absolute killer in big gatherings. I personally would not wear this for date nights but that’s just because I have better options. For $30 you’re getting an all around compliment magnet beast. If it wasn’t for the opening I’d give it a 5/5.
